A standard SMS is a single message part of up to 160 characters (70 characters where the message contains Unicode characters such as emoji or non-Latin text). Longer messages are sent as multiple message parts and each part is charged at the rate of one credit. Premium rate numbers and other non-standard mobile destinations may incur higher charges. Hello-Jade is a service of Bay Call Pty Ltd, a carriage service provider operating under the Spam Act 2003, the Reducing Scam Calls and Scam SMs Industry Code (C661:2022) and the ACMA SMS Sender ID Register. Alphanumeric sender IDs are registered by Bay Call on behalf of customers. Any user found sending unsolicited or misleading SMS will have their account suspended immediately without refund.
